Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order placed on waltsbackhaus.com at any time before it has been prepared or delivered. To cancel an order, please contact Walt via above info or on our contact page.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as follows:
- If a cancellation request is received before the order has been prepared or delivered, we will provide a full refund of the order amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business Days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact Walt within 24hrs from the date of delivery or pickup. Quality concerns must be reported within a reasonable amount of time after delivery or pickup and must be substantiated with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate your concern and, if deemed valid, offer a refund or replacement.
Please note that there is no cancellation fee for cancelling an order at any time before it has been prepared or delivered.
