Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Add the sour cream, milk, and coffee to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
To make the crumb topping:
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter in the baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the coffee cake cool completely before frosting.
Optional frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To make the frosting:
- In a medium bowl, cream together the powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Frost the cooled coffee cake and enjoy!
